Major equipment and their teaching and research purposes:
The shipping electronic technology laboratory is designed to meet the professional curriculum experimental teaching and graduate design teaching links， which is for the undergraduate and graduate who are major in Communication Engineering, Electronic and Information Engineering.The lab is featured in the shipping IT ,which is mainly responsible for the teaching task of those subjects : radar principle, the principle of radio navigation, maritime communications technology, graduation design .
Major equipments: 2 radars, 2 sets of the global maritime distress and safety system GMDSS console, a ship Automatic Identification System AIS.
